In Casino Royale, Daniel Craig plays famous MI6 British agent James Bond, who has just earned his elite Double-O status and is licensed to kill. Watch how he evolves from being just an assassin spy into the classically suave "Bond, James Bond".The film opens with an intense chase scene that involves just the amazing dynamics of the human body. No submarine cars, no speedboats with missiles, not even a laser-equipped watch, which is what sets this film apart from its predecessors.
In the course of the movie's plot, Bond attempts to foil the plans of a terrorist financier at a high-stakes poker game at Casino Royale in Montenegro. Calling upon masterful poker strategy and a fair bit of luck, the action dances between the poker tables and fierce gun battles.
Departing greatly from the usual Bond movie in style and delivery, Casino Royale manages to humanize the smooth secret agent that we're used to, while still thrilling audiences with its unique blend of intrigue, seduction and machismo.
